Salary: $144,000-$171,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
As the beverage space, and particularly Anheuser-Busch’s portfolio becomes increasingly complex, there is a greater need for process optimization and enhancement, supported by new technological solutions. The Dir. Revenue - Sales Capabilities will specifically work with the Revenue Management, Commercial Performance and our in-house Tech teams, as well as end users, to gain a deep understanding of Revenue Processes (Price Changes, Volume Planning, PINC, etc.) and map out the capabilities necessary for the future vision of these processes in our internal Tech products. Will oversee key business and technical requirements with our BeerTech partners and develop business timelines for features that are impacting over $15 MM of value creation annually.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Works directly with all Sales and Commercial Teams, as well as BeerTech to further evolve AB’s internal Revenue processes and capabilities
  • Will be responsible for understanding and analyzing data sources, as well as a deep understanding of the tech product all capabilities will be built in
  • Owns the Revenue capabilities strategy and roadmap, and defines development priorities across these Revenue processes
  • Works with BeerTech Product owners and Scrum leads to set MVP expectations and clear acceptance criteria
  • Identify dependencies between other teams or data, to help support the company’s initiative of creating more holistic data assets
  • Work with the Sales Capabilities Change Management Lead to develop testing, training and launch timelines, as well as support SME training for product launches
  • Owns the internal platforms’ value creation derived from Revenue Capabilities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with data and building analytical tools (snowflake, Teradata, PowerBI, excel analysis)
  • Experience in roles that interact with Revenue/Volume Processes in a CPG company
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills & problem-solving mindset
  • Must be a team player who is organized and able to communicate effectively and build relationships across functions
